From dream to delivery: What happens in a brand design project

"I've never worked with a brand designer before. I don't really know what to expect." This is one of the most common things I hear. So let me walk you through exactly what working together looks like — week by week.
PHASE 1: DISCOVERY CALL (WEEK 1)
Not a sales call — a real conversation about who you are, what you're building, why you started, and where you want to go. I ask a lot of questions. I listen even more.
PHASE 2: STRATEGY & DIRECTION (WEEK 2)
Before I open a single design tool, I build the strategic foundation: positioning, personality, values, voice, and visual direction. We align completely before anything visual is created.
Design without strategy is just decoration. Brand design is strategy made visible.
PHASE 3: VISUAL EXPLORATION (WEEKS 3–4)
You receive 2–3 distinct visual directions — not variations of the same idea, but genuinely different expressions of who you are. We discuss, we align, we choose.
PHASE 4: REFINEMENT (WEEK 5)
Every detail is refined: logo variations, color palette, typography system, patterns, graphic elements. Every decision is intentional. Nothing exists without a reason.
PHASE 5: DELIVERY (WEEK 6)
Logo files in every format, brand guidelines, and a handover call so you feel completely confident stepping into your new visual world.

Also lass mich genau durchgehen, wie unsere Zusammenarbeit aussieht.
PHASE 1: KENNENLERNGESPRÄCH (WOCHE 1)
Kein Verkaufsgespräch — ein echtes Gespräch darüber, wer du bist, was du aufbaust, warum du angefangen hast. Ich stelle viele Fragen. Ich höre noch mehr zu.
PHASE 2: STRATEGIE & RICHTUNG (WOCHE 2)
PHASE 3: VISUELLE ERKUNDUNG (WOCHEN 3–4)
Du erhältst 2–3 verschiedene visuelle Richtungen — wirklich unterschiedliche Ausdrucksformen dessen, wer du bist. Wir besprechen, richten aus, wählen.
PHASE 4: VERFEINERUNG (WOCHE 5)
