Thrival
Thrival is an inclusion and accessibility consultancy that helps organizations make inclusion part of how they work. As a new company with serious expertise, it needed a brand and a website that practise what it preaches.
Accessibility wasn’t a feature. It was the brief.
Thrival started with a logo made with AI a few years ago, and nothing else: no colors, no fonts, no visual identity to build on. For a consultancy that advises on accessibility, the stakes were obvious. Every choice, from color contrast to typography to layout, had to work for as many people as possible. The brand couldn’t just say inclusion. It had to prove it.
Consulting first, design second
Before touching a single design file, I sat down with the Thrival team to understand what mattered most to them. Then I built the identity from the ground up: colors, typography and visual language chosen for legibility and accessibility first, without losing personality. The website puts the same rules into practice. The process was interactive, with their feedback shaping every step, so the result feels like theirs.

Dynamic, professional, still human
Thrival went from a lone AI-made logo to a complete visual system and a website built on it. Accessibility shaped every decision, and the personality still shows. The client put it better than I could: a corporate identity that looks “incredibly dynamic and professional whilst retaining personality.” It’s a brand that practises the inclusion it advocates.
