Passion Project

WellNested

An online branding challenge. A short description, a blank canvas, and zero restrictions. This is what happens when you let a designer loose with nothing but a concept and full creative freedom.

the challenge

A brief so short it was basically an invitation

WellNested came as an open branding challenge: a concept, a few lines of description and an invitation for anyone to design whatever they could imagine. No client preferences. No existing brand to respect. No "but can we make it a bit more beige." Just a furniture brand built around bold, colorful upholstered pieces for people tired of catalog interiors — and a wide open canvas.

the approach

No constraints. No excuses. Just design.

With full creative control, the direction was clear: make something that feels as personal and vibrant as the furniture itself. The logo became a hand-drawn sleeping figure nestled on a couch: comfort and character communicated before a single word is read. The figure then travels across brand materials, shown relaxing on different pieces, making it both a logo and a living motif. Vivid color, warm typography and a system built to stretch across every touchpoint.

the outcome

Proof of what's possible without a committee

WellNested is pure creative vision: no compromises, no revisions, no "the CEO prefers blue." It's a demonstration of what strategy-backed brand identity looks like when the only brief is: make it great. And it's an open invitation to every future client: imagine what we could do with your brand.
